    I have not seen this problem with ARCHES PLATINE 90# hot press,
using 12 drops AFO, 12 drops PD, and 1 drop dichromate. I have never
used Tween with this paper, though. Addition of tungstate (1 or 2
drops) does not cause mottling/grain either, nor does a drop of 5% AuCl.
