Carl,
this is interesting. To be honest, I would have thought that it is
preferable to also add the double amount of water, in order just to double
the coating mixture, but keep the composition and concentration the same.
Have you found adverse effects from adding water? I ask this because I
generally add a generous amount of water (coating on Arches Platine).
