It would help some to have more details. What type of paper are you using
and which liquid emulsion? How are you applying the emulsion? Which
chemicals are you using the develop, stop, and fix. The more information
that you can give about your current process the more likely someone will be
able to provide you with some clues as to the air bubbles. My first
reaction is that something in your paper is reacting and giving off gases.
