If you wear sheer disposable gloves, the rashes are avoided as well as the
scratches nicks and gouges in the film.

As for the boring part of standing around in the dark, I have two
suggestions: 1) Do gentle exercises in your spare moments when you aren't
agitating or transferring; 2) Pay attention to the thoughts and images that
float through your mind.
