Actually I have not found the pigment to rub off at all. There might be a
case of this happening if you are using papers that have a tendency to flake
or papers not meant for the 2000p
If you want wider, the 7500 does 24" and the 9500 does 44".... the 10000 does
44", but I don't believe it is yet available
