Sorry for late reply - I was silenced by a power cut last night.
Definitely not the trays here either, though I do overlook the obvious
sometimes. For now I'm happy with the manufacturing fault explanation,
but expect it's too late to get my money back. I have heard of similar
troubles with very large, custom sizes of Bergger.
