I think this is probably at least the 20th time I've refuted this bit of misinformation on this list, but no, it's not any truer than it was ten years ago or five years ago that cadmium has been outlawed in paint. PY 35 and PY 37, the cadmium yellows, are still made with cadmium, and PR 108, cadmium red, is still made with cadmium.
