Sorry Carl , by standard metal tank I meant Nikor or similar development
tank, used in the traditional inversion hand development of films. I
have used these tanks for years on the Kinderman rotary processor. The
concern I had was the slow rotation (agitation) rate. You answered the
question though, it printed nicely with a #2 contrast filter on V C
paper, so it is too soft for platinum.
Would you care to venture a guess as to a better time for platinum,
based on my current 10 minutes @ 70 degrees? ...anybody else?
